Pre-Trial / Mediation Prep We meet with you a couple of weeks before the trial or mediation. You describe the case and provide us with hard copies of your evidence and any digital files you want to display. We convert everything to a uniform digital format and load them into the presentation software. We assign a unique mini-Bates number (code) to each page and print the pages with the numbers. We build a corresponding index. We build a trial notebook with the index and copies of all pages with their code numbers. You include our code numbers on your witness trial notes so you can easily call them up.
